TogetherSince is a digital product. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Published pages
Once a page has been published, the purchase is non-refundable, as the digital product has been delivered.
2. Unpublished pages
If you have not yet published your page, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@togethersince.app.
3. Renewals
Yearly renewal charges are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & chargebacks
Paddle is our merchant of record and processes any approved refunds. A refunded or charged-back page is taken offline, and its media is removed after a short grace period.
